It's one of the busiest pilgrim corridors in the Kingdom, since most visitors combine Umrah in Makkah with a visit to the Prophet's Mosque in Madinah on the same trip, usually departing once their Makkah rites and hotel checkout are done rather than at a fixed time of day.
